Job Description:Prevent maintenancel As leader, to define AM/PM standard.l To organize the schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and improve all equipmentl To implement inspecting, installing, adjusting equipment & fixtures and to keep recordl to check technician's preventive & predictive task completionl to carry out maintenance tasks whenever possiblel To arrange daily maintenance work and efficient appraisalTo take charge of indicators as PM realization in process and IE/NEE to limit breakdown timeEquipment improvementl to collect from technicians for the potential improvementsl to organize meeting with related technicians & methods engineer to discuss modificationsl to design (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) drawings or PLC programs and get methods approvalto implement & monitor the modifications
QualificationsBachelor degree, majored in mechanical/ electrical or automatismCompulsory: 2-3 years in auto line maintenancePneumatic & electrical knowledge, mechanical drawing reading & conception / PLC programmingLanguage: advance English level +good technical English levelComputer: Windows environment
