客户需求分析及管理
Customer Requirement Management
参与客户项目的前期技术需求分析，识别和记录潜在偏差；
Analyze customer technical requirements in the early stage of projects.
协调并推动客户需求与公司内部开发规范达成一致；
Identify and document deviations via Deviation List and align with the customer.
编写并维护相关的技术文档和沟通记录。
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and communication records.
测试计划与可靠性验证
Reliability Testing Planning & Tracking
依据客户和项目要求，制定测试计划和时间排程；
Develop test plans and schedules based on customer and project needs.
协调内部测试资源并跟踪测试执行状态和进度；
Monitor testing progress and coordinate internal testing resources.
若出现失效情况，组织并执行失效分析，协同团队推动根因定位与解决方案制定；
Lead failure analysis in case of test failures and drive root cause identification and resolution.
撰写并提交测试总结与验证报告。
Generate and deliver comprehensive test reports upon completion.
产品应用支持
Product Application Support
在产品开发过程中，支持参与产品设计评审，从可靠性角度提出技术解决放案。
During product development phase, support & join the design review, based on product reliability know-how to provide possible technical solutions.
针对客户提出的功能性和应用性问题，提供技术解答与支持。
Provide technical support and clarifications for customer inquiries regarding product functionality and application.
Respond to customer complaints by conducting on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis.
推动问题的闭环管理与经验总结。
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution and closure.
Qualifications
本科及以上学历，电子、机械、车辆工程相关工程类专业；
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.
熟悉ISO 16750/DIN 60068/VW等规范；
Familiar with testing standards ISO16750 series, DIN 60068 series, VW series etc.
良好的沟通协调能力，能在客户与内部多部门之间起到桥梁作用；
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of bridging internal teams and customers * 英语读写能力良好，能阅读技术文档；Proficient in English for reading and writing technical documents. * 具备高度的责任心、逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力。High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.Additional Information
