- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in production equipment, including motors, drives, PLC systems, and instrumentation.
- Install new electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control components in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and relevant electrical codes.
- Conduct electrical safety checks and ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement electrical upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and perform urgent repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Train and mentor junior electricians or maintenance personnel as required.
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program is highly preferred.
- Valid Electrician license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., IEC, GB standards).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various industrial conditions
