It's an exciting time to join our business because Crown offers you the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in an expanding industry.Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long-term future.Job Description:Job Summary**Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the CROWN Beverage Cans Ziyang Limited manufacturing facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation.Job Responsibilities**
  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in production equipment, including motors, drives, PLC systems, and instrumentation.
  • Install new electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control components in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and relevant electrical codes.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks and ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement electrical upgrades and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
  • Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and perform urgent repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Train and mentor junior electricians or maintenance personnel as required.
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment.
Job Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program is highly preferred.
  • Valid Electrician license or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., IEC, GB standards).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various industrial conditions
