- Develop and implement Ethical Sales strategy to achieve ANI Chinese Mainland and Hongkong business targets
- Lead sales team accross regions and affiliates to achieve or exceed sales and growth target, increase hospital listing and patient share
- Provide leadership and set strategic direction for new products & business opportunities
- Enhance upstream-downstream business through HCP education and seamless cooperation with cross-function teams
- Prepare sales forecast and conduct regular business reviews with Regional teams to identify improvement action plans
- Work with Marketing team, plan and execute regional programs and marketing activites
- Assess performance of key activities and resource use through effective KPI setting and monitoring. Develop clear expense monitoring process to improve effectiveness and ensure all expense within budget
- Effectively manage and ensure that all channel activities conform to company OEC and local government code of ethics
- Maintain and develop relationships with key opinion leaders, relevant authorities and the public
- Co-operate with HR to develop strong coaching, training program and incentive schemes for sales team to attract and retain key talents for supporting business expansion of MND in Chinese Mainland and Hongkong
- Pharmaceutical with Nutrition or FMCG industry experience preferred
- More than 5 years of national sales management experience
- Master of English and Mandarian;
- Familiar usage of Office Software
- Need to be able to frequent business travel
- Result driven;

- Strong strategic thinking;
- Good Team Player with excellent command in communication & presentation
