- We're looking for a KYC Product Owner to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle management transformation programme, particularly focus on CIB KYC domains. This role will work within the Digital, Data and Coverage Platforms team, CIB platform.
- You'll support CIB CLM Product owners to provides SME Design Expertise for KYC processes for CLMT programme. Your key responsibilities include but not limited to providing KYC SME knowledge to drive optimization of the CLM design process, provide, document key requirements for the delivery of the strategic CLM journey
Work closely within Client Lifecyle Management Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, mainly focus on Tax and FM regulations processesBusiness
This role provides SME design expertise for CLMT client due diligence across CIB. It requires detailed analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes to document the business requirements which are to be delivered by the technology team. The Product Owner will manage the requirement development process for a transformation project through elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements (business, stakeholder, solutions).Processes
- Provision of industry SME expertise on KYC to the CLM programme
- Developing, owning and elaborating on client diligence requirements for the programme
- Present key product enhancement ideas to various stakeholders and identifying areas of product improvement
- Obtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact between development, design teams and business stakeholders
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release
- Ensuring defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and rigorous requirement elicitation techniques
- Playing a critical communications role by interacting with the business users, operations and the technology teams
- Transforming data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the end users
- Create business value through the proposed solution and implementation
- Relevant working experience preferably in Client Lifecycle processes specifically APAC
- Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, PowerPoint and excel)
- High motivation and dedication to work
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ownership of issues

- Education - Graduate / Postgraduate
- Certifications - ACAMS(Preferred), PMP (Desirable)
- Relevant working experience preferably in Client Lifecycle management processes specifically APAC
- Have a good understanding of at least one of the following value propositions: KYC expertise for Corporate & Investment Banking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, PowerPoint and excel)
