JOB SUMMARY

The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:负责物流运输安排，运输异常处理，费用分析及月度报告。

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (First 6 Months to 18 Months)The key performance objectives for the “Position” include:

发货运费核算：与物流供应商核对发货运费，运输发票管理，确保运费准确；
运输费用分析：每月对工厂产生的费用进行同比分析，异常费用及时汇报反馈并提供相应的整改建议；
负责物流运输发货安排，确保货物按照合同要求日期到达客户收货地址货物及时跟踪，对异常情况及时处理；货物运输在途查询，及时反馈货物在途运输信息；
部门月度报表处理及与财务相关的报表分析；所有运输回单的收集、核对、管理；其它主管交付的工作。

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

负责物流部在工厂的质量体系管理及EHS、PS工作管理。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

本科及以上学历有物流运输管理工作三年以上经验。
有数据统计及报表分析三年以上经验，熟练使用EXCEL（特别是函数方面，宏，VBA等）， PPT，SAP, Oracle等软件。
具有一定管理能力，能够承受一定的工作压力，做事细心，对数据敏感，良好的沟通、协调能力。

SKILLS

英语CET-4及以上；
ISO 16949体系管理；
