Do You Dream of Working in a Culture of Inclusion, Transparency, and Support?We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemist to join our R&D team in Zhangjiagang. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, developing new products, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

Laboratory Work: Conduct laboratory paint making, panel preparation, and testing for new solutions, customization, formula maintenance, and optimization projects (50%).
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers (25%).
Reporting: Share testing results with relevant collaborators (10%).
Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 6S principles (10%).
Other Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as required (5%).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D China, BTE, marketing/product managers, supply chain, and Group R&D internally, and with raw material suppliers and customers externally.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the coatings industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Material Science.
Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and good communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in laboratory techniques related to paint and coatings.
Behavioral Proficiencies: Strong customer orientation, teamwork spirit, and operational ability.
