Lead the export volume building up, communicate with global and area cross functions with understanding on produce performance, cost and leadtime.
Lead and/or support management of change projects focused on communication, risk evaluation and execution of process and product changes Dual Source, Material Substitution, Process conditions, EHS, etc;
Provide cost study analysis for product and process improvements
Lead and/or support successful NPI programs through all phases. Lead new product experiments, scale-ups and start-ups within the plant; Lead product capability studies
Optimize value stream flow through dual sourcing initiatives, source of supply assessments, run size optimization, and business continuity planning (during NPI and for existing products)
AFE investment (new product & growth) study and application
Execute/participate in Supply Chain Architecture analysis
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
