The Enablement Specialist works closely with other team members to align on requirements, develop, validate, and deploy services, solutions, and frameworks to the broader procurement function.Core Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Enablement Specialist will play a variety of roles according to their experience, knowledge, and
general business requirements, including but not limited to:
- - Domain knowledge or subject matter specialist providing input to, advice, and know-how on enablement capability topics.
- - Developer or practitioner developing, overseeing, improving, or delivering enablement services or offerings.
- - Accelerator or advocate ensuring a focus on and advancement of capability area goals.

Depending on the specific position requirements, individuals should be operating within one of the
below categories.Education
- University degree, with business or life science degree preferred.
- - 5+ years procurement, supply chain, or management consulting experience.
- - Business level fluency in English as well as primary business language of the site(s) supported, if applicable.
