Responsible for developing DVT and PVT test plans for product assemblies and subsystems, tracking the test process and results, and closing the loop with the R&D team.
Responsible for building the test specification system, optimizing existing test specifications, and creating new ones that better reflect full‑lifecycle usage conditions, while also enabling reproduction and closure of after‑sales issues.
Responsible for analyzing product failures after testing, identifying potential failure indicators, and driving design improvements with the R&D team.

About You (Basic Requirements) * Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, or other related STEM fields.

Over 6 years of testing experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, or electronic/electrical industries.
Familiar with test specifications for electronic components such as displays, cameras, and controllers.
Experience conducting design reviews and preparing DFMEA documents.
Understanding of common failure modes and mechanisms; proficient in common failure analysis approaches and improvement strategies.
Ability to optimize and customize test specifications; capable of developing test standards for specific scenarios.
Basic skills in mathematical and statistical analysis; understanding of reliability concepts and Weibull analysis.
Strong learning ability, quick adaptability, integrity, and honesty.
Fluent English for work is a plus; moderate travel (domestic and international) required.
