Your responsibilitiesSummary 1. Managing the project/project team in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. 2. Maintaining and monitoring the supply and service package in terms of cost, scheduling, and quality. 3. Creating the project structure and developing the specific project plan. 4. International work ground, good teamwork. Primary responsibilities 1. In consultation with the customer and the departmental coordinators, and with his/her superiors, the PM assures delivery of the supplies and services agreed with the customer for the project in technical, scheduling, and commercial respects. 2. The Project Manager (PM) manages the project assigned to him/her. He/she chairs the core team comprising all the project coordinators. The core team is responsible for processing the assigned project. The Project Manager (PM) as chair of the core team reports to the steering committee (SC)/project sponsor on a project-specific basis. 3. Ensuring efficient and documented project communications within the team and with the departments. 4. Ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality. 5. Supporting quotation projects. 6. Central point of contact for the customer. 7. Supporting line managers in assessing project staff. Proposes measures to improve staff performance. 8. Has access to all relevant project information; assumes decision-making authority for changes, nonconformity, and negotiations with third parties. 9. Chairs team and project meetings within the organization and with external partners/customers. Convenes steering committee meetings on reaching quality gates. 10. Defines the project strategy in close coordination with the project sponsor and submits proposals for the further procedure where appropriate. 11. Responsible for regularly updating the internal project schedule and customer master schedule 12. Responsible for the (technical and commercial) content of the monthly PSR in close collaboration with the project controller (two-person rule) 13. Responsible for adherence to and implementation of the contract terms. 14. Responsible for additional demand and change management in relation to the customer and suppliers (in consultation with PPM and PCH) 15. Responsible for attaining the internal project goals (cost, quality, scheduling) and customer satisfaction. 16. Responsible for reporting and information flow to internal and external stakeholders on the technical and commercial progress of the project, and escalation of unresolved issues. 17. Ensures on-time delivery of the product to the customer, and on-time final acceptance by the customer. 18. Responsible for proper filing of the project documentation and ensures written documentation of agreements with third parties. 19. Responsible for compliance with all relevant requirements and standards (customer requirements, QM, country-specific standards,). 20. Responsible for compliant execution of full-package contractsYour profileKnowledge & skill requirements 1. Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above) 2. Software skills: MS-Office products, Project. 3. Experiences: 3 - 5 years of Project management related, prefer in Body In White business. 4. Skill in English
