Production Trainee-(Organic/Inorganic Material)Responsibilities:
- Support production department from daily work, include:HSE, Quality & Productivity
- Learning professional management tools including 5S, OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop
- Coordinate with other departments to support production improvements.(Quality problem solving, TPM, cost saving...)
- Learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept.
- Learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System
- Learning Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate
- Reserve of talents for engineer or supervisor directions
- Bachelor or above at chemical-engineering
- Organic/Inorganic material background
- Both oral and written in English
- Good communication skill
- Basic office skills
