Job DescriptionResponsible for the scroll compressor FEA analysis with simulation software (ANSYS, cobra, JB-PDS.);
Tight cooperation and communication with R&D engineer;
Verifying the design change by simulation and put forward the necessary suggestion actively.Job Responsibilities1.Responsible for the stress/deformation/modal/harmonic responseFEA analysis of global scroll compressors;
2.Responsible for existing product design change verification and comparison with FEA calculation;
3.Responsible for new product development design verification and risk assessment with FEA calculation;
4.Tight cooperation and communication about calculation result with internal customer, actively put forward suggestion with FEA calculation;
5.Calculation team internal seminar and SOP making to share the knowledge with team members;
6.Lead internal technology research and efficiency improvement project
7.Actively support customer site issue solving with simulation toolsBackground & Skills1.Master or higher degree in mechanics, mechanical design, thermal energy and power engineering related major;
2.Professional knowledge in mechanics, numercial calculation (FEA), material, compressors
3.Skill in operation of simulation software, preferly ANSYS workbench.
4 at least 3 years' work experience of FEA
5.Adapt to the English working environment and good English communication skills;
6.Good analytical ability, problem-solving abilities, ability to learn;
