- As regional product manager, design & implement local marketing strategy & activity, manage local KOLs and other stakeholders, developing insights & opportunity for local markets, as well as supporting local sales to deliver sales target and market share target.
- Integrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deployment.
- Implement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline, and the budget.
- Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager.
- Build a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the region.
- Coordinate academic training and cycle meeting in the region by collaboration with MSL and regional training team
- Bachelor's degree required and post-graduate degree preferred.
- More than 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, preferably experience with both public & private sectors.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong ownership
