Our strategy is based on understanding our clients’ challenges and helping them achieve visibility of cost, schedule, and performance through effective service methodologies, tools and systems.To understand more of us, please visit our website: .Job DescriptionThe Project Controls Manager plays a crucial role in managing and executing project control functions for major capital investments. This position directly reports to the Project Manager, overseeing cost engineering, planning/scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting while facilitating change and risk management processes.Responsibilities
  • Lead project controls execution by establishing comprehensive control plans, procedures, and workflows aligned with relevant standards, while overseeing both internal team and external contractors.
  • Develop and implement structured frameworks for work breakdown, cost control, scheduling, and progress measurements to enable accurate forecasting and meaningful reporting.
  • Coordinate cost estimating processes and establish control account budgets, facilitating internal reviews and stakeholder approvals while ensuring comprehensive risk assessment.
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations through monthly reporting, identifying early warnings of variances and mitigation options for project success.
  • Management of project control team and mentor team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
  • 15+ years’ experience in project controlling (cost control and/or scheduling) within the oil and gas sector, energy sector and infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes (module fabrication).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial, especially for international projects with diverse teams.
