  • Participates in the engineering core team for projects from initial concept to production release in a timely, innovative manner.
  • Proficient skills in the drawing and simulation tools ( CAD, Creo, ANSYS,...)to create and optimize design, especially good at structural design and innovation.
  • Providing engineering support of cable accessories including Lite and sustaining projects.
  • Technical understanding of power system products and related standards
  • Interprets related standards, analyzes data, creates test reports, and provides presentations.
  • Innovative, computer literate, low to moderate travel, power industry experience or equivalent essential.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and drive projects to completion. failure analysis and improvement timely.
  • Coordinate with other functional and oversea regional teams (including EMEA, US and Asia...)for the technical development in order to achieve targeted cross functional project goals and schedule.
  • Daily system management and file management
Requirements:Education, Technical Qualification & Experience:
  • Min. bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering related major. Graduated degree is prefer.
  • Good English communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
  • Experience in power product development at least 5 years, especially cable accessory product development.
  • knowledge and experience of materials and production processes used in power products.
