The garget of the company is to provide the Chinese market and customers with diversified advanced powertrain products.Job DescriptionTesting Equipment Engineer for advanced testing technology, focus on:

R&D and application of advanced digitalization in testing system.
R&D and application of AI technology in testing process.

Roles:

Advanced testing system partner to offer digital and/or AI solution for testing application.
Developing tailored digital and/or AI functions, features and tools. Deployed for test lab internal testing, enable agentic testing for smart method, short period, lower cost but more reliable results.
Digitalization training for department members with computing, digitalization and AI knowledge and spread these concepts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on advanced digital & AI technologies and formulate technical solutions for testing equipment and system upgrading.
Independently and collaboratively design and develop digital testing platforms, build data-driven testing systems, realize testing digitalization & AI concept application in testing process.
Optimize the hardware and software architecture of testing equipment, enhance the digital transformation and apply AI technology, reduce manual operation, diagnosis, prediction and improve testing stability and save cost.
Complete the debugging, verification and iteration of digital testing systems, conduct performance testing and effect evaluation, and form standardized technical documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, computing engineering or similar.
Good English skill (reading, writing and speaking).
Good skills of MS office, code programming, AI tools.
Demonstrable data analysis and interpretation skills.
Experience working with and analyzing large data sets.
Familiar with typical coding tools (e.g.: Phyton, Java, HTML) and AI tools.
