- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing processes while adhering to international quality standards and customer specifications.
- Redesign and optimize internal management workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain & Procurement:
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection to cost negotiation, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain resilience.
- Team Management:
- Lead a team of 100+ employees, fostering collaboration, talent development, and high performance.
- Drive employee engagement and ensure alignment with company values and operational goals.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Develop and manage the annual operational budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve profitability targets.
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to the Board of Directors.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the Board to translate business strategies into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment with global growth objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and propose innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Uphold strict quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor standards.
- Technical Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Global Experience:
- Proven work or study experience abroad, demonstrating cross-cultural competence and international business acumen.
- Factory Management Expertise:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams of 100+ employees.
- Experience in the automotive/motorcycle industry or a related high-precision manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Process Optimization:
- Track record of successfully redesigning and implementing efficient management processes, improving operational KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates).
- Strategic & Financial Acumen:
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for seamless communication with global stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
