As an Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition supporting the Customer Experience Group (CEG), you will independently manage end-to-end recruitment while serving as a Taiwan market expert and regional hiring partner across MY, TPE, and KR.What You Will Do:
  • Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for CEG roles across multiple regions
  • Lead and scale mass hiring initiatives while maintaining strong hiring quality standards
  • Support senior and critical CEG hiring with structured screening, stakeholder calibration, and negotiation strategy
  • Act as Taiwan market subject matter expert, providing insights on salary benchmarking, talent landscape, and sourcing channels
  • Partner closely with regional CEG leaders, HRBPs, and TA team members to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for multilingual and niche operational roles
  • Drive hiring quality through structured interviews, competency-based screening, and data tracking
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Manage requisitions and pipelines in ATS and maintain hiring data accuracy
  • Identify and implement process enhancements within daily recruitment operations to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and stakeholder experience
What You Will Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including high-volume and operational hiring
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwan talent market; regional exposure (MY/KR) is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage hiring independently with strong ownership
  • Experience supporting both mass hiring and senior-level recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge when needed
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer management
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
