- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for CEG roles across multiple regions
- Lead and scale mass hiring initiatives while maintaining strong hiring quality standards
- Support senior and critical CEG hiring with structured screening, stakeholder calibration, and negotiation strategy
- Act as Taiwan market subject matter expert, providing insights on salary benchmarking, talent landscape, and sourcing channels
- Partner closely with regional CEG leaders, HRBPs, and TA team members to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning
- Build proactive talent pipelines for multilingual and niche operational roles
- Drive hiring quality through structured interviews, competency-based screening, and data tracking
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Manage requisitions and pipelines in ATS and maintain hiring data accuracy
- Identify and implement process enhancements within daily recruitment operations to improve efficiency, hiring quality, and stakeholder experience
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including high-volume and operational hiring
- Strong understanding of the Taiwan talent market; regional exposure (MY/KR) is a plus
- Proven ability to manage hiring independently with strong ownership
- Experience supporting both mass hiring and senior-level recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge when needed
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer management
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
