Job Category: PROCUREMENTDegree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description:Primarily responsible for overseas procurement, and assisting the department manager in formulating procurement plans and budgets, as well as supporting follow-up procurement activities to ensure smooth execution of procurement operations.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare procurement plans based on the company's production schedule and the raw material purchase requests from various departments;
  • Responsible for the overseas procurement of parts and materials;
  • Assist the Quality Management Department and relevant warehouse personnel in the inspection and warehousing of procured materials;
  • Conduct market research and develop domestic procurement channels to replace overseas procurement where possible;
  • Collect, organize, and archive procurement-related documents and records;
  • Propose solutions or suggestions to reduce procurement costs.
Qualifications:
  • College degree or above;
  • Strong learning ability and the capacity to quickly grasp professional procurement knowledge and processes;
  • Proficient in using office software;
  • Basic English speaking ability.
