JOB PURPOSE:- Support corporate communications and CSR related projects (including project coordination, communication, logistics, paperwork and other relevant activities)- Support Communications other relevant projects and daily tasks as required.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Support relevant communication tasks, including contents creation, translation and daily monitoring, etc.- Support project daily coordination and documentation.- Support onsite event execution and corporate initiatives when needed.- Willing to work 3 months or longer for at least 3 days per week.JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Education:- Junior (Grade 3) undergraduate students and above in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Business Management relevant major, or Language related fieldsExperience & knowledge:- Highly proficient in spoken and written English- Native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese- Solid graphic/visual design skills: Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop and other photo/video editing software- High interest in the field of healthcare- Experience in corporate communications or event planning preferredCore competencies & Profile:- Excellent cross-function communication and coordination skills- Multi-tasker- Positive, self-driven, resilient, and reliable- High sense of responsibility on work assigned- Superior interpersonal skills- Setting high standards of performance -High attention to detailsPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
