- Responsible for optimization of organization design, talent assessment & development and organizational effectiveness for tech center.
- Influence & drive talent strategies to impact business outcomes for VAPI-Wuhan tech center.
- Lead key talent transformation / change initiatives that have the highest business impact. Partner with key stakeholders to drive the organizational effectiveness in the tech center.
- Leverage HR analytics to advise business leaders on key people metrics such as retention, total rewards, engagement, and diversity related outcomes.
- Locally implement and manage the employee engagement and communication. Provides advisement on specific areas of employee engagement and to ensure the wider workforce is aware of company policies and procedures.
- Drive people-related initiatives and offer thought-leadership as business partner regarding organizational/people-related strategy and execution and enhance the people efficiency in tech center.
- Ensure talent alignment through talent gap analysis and diverse workforce integration to meet the annual talent metrics and goals.
- Establish site-based cultures for engagement, inclusivity, productivity, retention, and community spirit among employees at all levels for tech center.
- Facilitate regular operating reviews for key talent insights, risks, and recommended change priorities. And ensure the compliance from all people related projects.
- Organizational effectiveness in tech center (structure, role clarity, capability mix, cost).
- Efficient workforce planning keeping time, cost and quality targets into consideration
- Employee engagement and retention
- Fulfillment of talent acquisition plans, with high focus on key growth areas.
- Enhance employee experience through engagement and wellbeing programs and improve employee survey scores.
- Improve people and organization efficiency.
- Bachelor degree or above in HR management, business or psychology, a professional or academic certification in one or more HR specialty disciplines;
- 10+ years of relevant experience as HR business partner, preferably experience in technology center;
- Complete understanding and application of human resource principles, concepts, practices, and procedures;
- Broad knowledge and experience in applying HR tools and techniques as a generalist;
- Experience in supporting an organization that is experiencing global growth.
- Experience in organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, business consulting, coaching and development, talent management, data analysis, and diversity and inclusion.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills and advanced skills in active listening, problem definition, problem resolution, research, analysis, and executive briefings / reporting;
- Good team player, self-initiative and be able to work withstand pressure under a multi-tasking environment.
