Job Title Senior System Engineer- 物理算法Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity toBe the system design owner of Philips CT product(s)Executes the system design and implementation within the R&D group, overseeing the process from design initiation through commercial launch, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, working under general supervision.Drive key interfaces definition/design between components/subsystems according to product portfolio strategy/roadmap.Leverage system design technologies from other product(s) or modalities, close alignment with global architects.Lead to investigate and resolve issues from install bases.You are a part ofA progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Systems Excellence Team Leader, with Cross-Functional and Product Managers as your key stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceMinimum Qualifications:Master or PhD or equivalent level in a technical professionExperience as design engineer at least 7 yearExperience in Diagnostic Imaging or Radiotherapy domain at least 3 yearsDesired Qualifications:Has an in-depth understanding of CT products and applicationsHas an in-depth understanding of CT imaging principle, experience in CT physics and algorithm designHas an in-depth understanding of the product creation process and design methods, such as modelling, interface definition, MBSE etc.Drives discussions with stakeholders of other departments, such as marketing, customer service, operations, etc.System complexity: Focuses on a high complexity product or a multidisciplinary subsystem consisting of multi components, time horizon of at least 5 yearsParticipates in design reviews and guides development activities in projectsLeads/Participate innovation with internal partners, mainly on peer level and mostly between technical disciplines and suppliersNegotiations mainly on technical aspects and technical tradeoffsNegotiates integral tradeoffs with multiple internal stakeholders and external parties (suppliers, partners).Deep insight in engineering / researchKnowledge and experience spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g. mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineering) is advantageous.Prior experience as a lead design engineerEvidence of practical knowledge of standards and regulations pertaining to the medical device industry, both domestic and international. This includes but is not limited to organizations such as FDA, IEC, ISO, CFDA, ACR, AAPM, COCIR, MITA and other directives such as RoHS and WEEE. Examples include: FDA 21CFR820.30, IEC 60601-1 and ISO 14971.Skills:Demonstrating business acumen;Driving of divergence, convergence and consolidationStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese.Strong presentation skills, Analytical skills; System/Architectural thinking and creation; Switching from helicopter to detailed view;Influencing skills; Team player; Networking skills; Negotiation skills.Managing uncertainty and complexity.How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
