Lead full-cycle Corona commercial cycle
  • Sales Team Engagement & Alignment: Maintain close engagement with sales teams; ensure 1YP brand priorities are reflected and fully executed in regional sales action plans.
  • Channel Strategy & Portfolio Optimization: Sort out end-to-end channel strategies, facilitate discussions on product portfolio mix and pricing architecture to match market and trade demands.
  • New Channel Growth Insight & Pilot: Identify growth opportunities for emerging channels, conduct feasibility testing and validate scale-up potential for sustainable trade expansion.
  • Campaign + TMKT Integration Management: Manage integrated delivery of marketing campaigns and TMKT programs; track real-time sales performance and conversion impact of joint initiatives.
  • Cross-Team & Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with sales, supply chain, retail partners and external vendors; align resources to improve delivery efficiency and execution quality.
  • Budget & Timeline Governance: Control project budget, adhere to strict timelines, and ensure cost-effective, high-efficiency rollout.
