- (10%) As liaison to work closely with GHQ to:
- (20%) Campaign execution and management (schedule, budget)
- By understanding entertainment ecosystem (especial in music), sponsor strategy and brand purpose, focusing on scouting partners and identifying collaboration opportunities. Engaging in negotiating the best deal, cooking innovative collaboration plan and implement.
- As working center to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to brand MKT, media, insight, external partners and supporting agencies, to maximize the impact of the sponsorship on brand power or communication plan.
- Supporting on global partnership management, cascading global sponsorship opportunities to each brand, also coordinating all APAC MKT needs to make sure their smooth collaboration when our partnership collaboration be extended into APAC level.
- Be expert of MKT plan execution with strong determined mind and skillful multi-task capabilities, in terms stakeholder management, plan execution (e.g. experiential, content, social, etc.), project management, to deliver holistic communication plan with high quality.
- Always sensitive about MKT trend and emerging approaches, be a proactive and creative MKTer who can propose disruptive partnership opportunities.
- Be expert of entertainment marketing who has rich music resources and is familiar with music sponsorship ecosystem with negotiation and implement capabilities
- As working center to work closely with internal different stakeholders (brand team, trade marketing) and coordinate external partners.
- Strong self-motivation to provoke self to expand partners resources, also push innovative communication plans.

- External: Partners (IP owner, athlete, brand, etc,) & Agencies
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MKT or related disciplines preferred
- Beyond 5 years of entertainment MKT experience with partner resources, especially in soccer and basketball.
- Experienced in collaborate with partners in terms of scouting resources, negotiating deals, integrating resources to deliver a solid and compelling communication plan.
- Have basic knowledge of IMC/brand MKT.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills to concurrently drive multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive self-starter. A collaborative team player with ownership and positive mindset, able to form good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A trend-setter or trend-follower with strong cultural and MKT trendy curiosity with diverse passion point.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with bold courage to try newness or propose different POV and overcome difficulties.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft toolkit (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong English and Chinese communication skill, written and verbal
