- 5-10+ years of in-depth business and general management experience, including terminal operations spanning commercial, operations, IT, Finance, and HR disciplines.
- Proven experience in building cohesive teams and providing leadership to achieve organizational excellence.
- Strong inter-personal, business orientation, and customer-centric skills with demonstrated achievement orientation.
- Familiarity with international exposure and cross-culture collaboration in a business context.
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance macro-level perspectives and day-to-day operational contributions.
- Language proficiency: Ability to work effectively in a bilingual (Chinese-English) environment; fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin and English.
