- Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, and virtual/on-site)
- Manage end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients
- Present qualified candidates and advise clients on hiring decisions
- Extend offers, manage negotiations, and close successful placements
- 1-5 years B2B / B2C channel sales or Account Executive experience
- Strong pipeline management & closing skills
- Commercial mindset with high accountability
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
- Exposure to recruitment, or professional services
- MBA or advanced business education
- Experience supporting multinational or cross-border clients
