- Lead complete quality control operations for first article inspection and mass production processes
- Conduct statistical data analysis and quality trend monitoring
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) investigation, corrective & preventive actions implementation
- Drive Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives and other quality continuous improvement
Customer Quality Support | 客户质量支持
- Handle customer complaints and quality-related inquiries professionally
- Enhance customer satisfactory continuously
Supplier Quality Management | 供应商质量管理
- Evaluate and qualify potential suppliers through comprehensive assessments
- Monitor supplier quality performance and implement improvement plans
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing quality control
Technical Skills | 技术技能
- Proficient in quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
- Experience with measurement systems analysis (MSA) and gauge R&R
- IATF 16949 experience strongly preferred

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
