Requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong technical knowledge of underwear construction and materials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards for underwear manufacturing processes.Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production lines, and finished products to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.Collaborate with production, design, and sourcing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Ensure the product samples met all requirements by following the standard procedures from measurement, live model fitting and evaluation.Evaluate samples by ensuring, workmanship, or any other technical aspects, which the garment quality meet customers and company requirementsProactively assess quality risks and share alerts on potential issues at the beginning of the product development stagequality assurance initiatives, conducting inspections|implementing quality control processes to meet industry standards and customerDiploma or above in Intimate, Clothing, Textile Merchandising, Textile or related disciplineAt least 3-5 years of working experience in garment construction or pattern making, with the knowledge of size grading and create measurement chart especially in Lingerie and/or Swimwear productsSelf-directed, organised, results-orientedAbility to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervisionSkillful application of MS Office programmes - Word, Excel, Office 365, SharePoint and PDMWith 2D or 3D CAD System experience is more preferrable.Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) with additional fluency MandarinFast fashion brands with stores all over the globalManufactory clothing in APACManaging the business from the beginning,build up the business and strategy
