In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role is part of the Chinese Restaurant Department, reporting into the Chinese Restaurant General Manager.What you will do:Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.What you bring:An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned taskHigh level of understanding and knowledge of food and wineBackground in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.What we offer:

Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time position.The working hours will primarily by department, ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
