2.To develop and ensure the implementation of Chinese restaurant service standards and work systems.
3.Supervise the staff to serve the guests in accordance with the standardized criteria, evaluate the performance of the staff, and implement the reward and punishment system.4. Handle guest complaints and continuously improve service quality.
5. To grasp the maintenance of equipment and facilities, strict material management system, do a good job of restaurant safety and fire prevention.
6.
