As Head of China, you will start as individual contributor to explore market, visit clients and bring in business and then to build a solid team to expand business.

Helping to build up and manage the plant and take care of all the operations
Develops area sales strategy and penetration tactics to deliver profitable market share growth and optimise earnings contribution in assigned region.
Develops sales territory and target account assignments.
Develops annual business plans and budgets to maximise earnings, monitors cost effective control of field operations.
Works with the Board to develop field engineering strategy and tactics.
Performs other job-related duties as required.

Full P&L responsibility with 1000+ people in China|IPO now with a plan to go listed

Fluent Mandarin speaker with experienced P&L owner for a sizeable BOPP or packaging company.
Management experience of both plants and commercial teams
Track records of driving business to grow in China and overseas.
Strong communication and leadership skills with great business acumen
Hands on, trustworthy, can work independently and fit into domestic company
