We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global HRBP Leader to spearhead our human resources strategy across international markets. This role is pivotal in driving organizational growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring HR initiatives align with global business objectives.The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on leader with a global mindset, a proven track record of executing HR strategies in diverse regions, and the tenacity to navigate complex, fast-paced environments. Experience in European and American markets, including deep knowledge of local labor laws and compliance, is highly preferred.If you thrive on challenge, innovation, and making an impact, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership:Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with global business goals.Drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent optimization across regions.Global HR Execution:Lead the implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices in multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws (e.g., EU GDPR, US FLSA, etc.).Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams, providing expertise on cross-cultural HR challenges.Talent & Performance Management:Design and execute initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Foster a high-performance culture through robust performance management and leadership development programs.Employee Relations & Compliance:Resolve complex employee relations issues with a global perspective.Ensure adherence to employment regulations in Europe, North America, and other key markets.Change Management & Innovation:Champion change initiatives, mergers/acquisitions, or market expansions with agility.Leverage data-driven insights to improve HR processes and business outcomes.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure HR strategies support business scalability.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-country leadership role.Proven success in implementing HR programs across different regions, especially Europe and the US.Strong knowledge of international labor laws, compliance, and employment practices.High-energy, resilient, and results-oriented – able to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).Experience in high-growth tech, multinational corporations, or consulting is a strong advantage.Why Join Us?Opportunity to shape HR strategy on a global scale.Work with a high-performing, mission-driven team.Competitive compensation, international exposure, and career growth.Your search results0 || !isLoading())">You recently viewedShenzhen, South ChinaApply for Global HRBP LeaderReference: GC871265Please complete all required fields marked *First Name *Last Name *Phone *Please check and insert your correct phone numberEmail *Please check and insert your correct email addressCV *
