With the training courses you conduct, you can show our internal employees (incl. sales teams) and our dealers the Bosch accessory benefits. You support the creation of learning content and formats, can explain technical features and benefits to participants in an easily understandable way and you like to stand in front of a camera for live online trainings.Among other things, the following tasks are part of your job:

Conducting international/local online and offline trainings to demonstrate the benefits of our Bosch accessories based on the brand strategy and marketing concept.
Development of state-of-the-art training formats that are exciting, and target oriented for local online and offline courses.
Regular exchange with the training specialists from the other business units and the international training colleagues.
Administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) and content upload for the different target groups.
Manage, organize, and maintain the training center at our headquarters in Hangzhou, China.
You are willing to travel internationally across all AA hubs(10 - 20%)

职位要求Education: Craftsman education or strong experience in craftsmanship, additional experience in adult education is an advantagePersonality and way of working: Willing to learn, self-driven hands-on type, independent working style, flexible, adaptable, comfortable presenting in front of groups with high engagement level, outgoing, good communication & collaboration, fast learner, familiar with multi country culture of Asia & AfricaEnthusiasm: enjoy explaining product including solution-selling approach to various target groups, strong interest in accessories and power tools as well as innovations in this area, interested in new trends in construction trades, enthusiasm for new learning methods, enjoy travelling internationallyLanguages: English fluently, any additional language is an advantage
