Expand the business scale of local clients by using professional skills and the good brand image of CONDAT. Ready to move earlier by gaining the info for the first hand. Keep the market share of CONDAT in China increasing step by step.Chinese OEM mainland/contractors/project owners (85% of working time)- Expand the sales revenue for specific OEM customers, maintain the good relation and keep the nice reputation of CONDAT with the customers. (25%)- Get the key contacts info about the clients in charged, decision makers are preferred. (10%)- Understand OEM development strategies in China, avoid misunderstandings in terms of sales aspect with our agent in China. (20%)- Develop strategic partnership: special agreement, exclusiveness, technical development partnership with both OEM customers and local contractors. 2-3 mature clients (can realize the cooperation in short time) from the local contractors are preferred. (20%)- Be ready to share any key info about the local OEMs and contractors relevant to the chemicals business. (5%)- Order and payment follow-up. (20%)Chinese OEM/contractor at export (outside China) (10% of working time)- Know exactly the quantity, destination, FAT date of the exporting machines made by local OEMs. (30%)- Accumulate the useful information about the Chinses contractors which have the oversea tunnel projects, be ready to share and report when it is necessary. (25%)- Make sure that CONDAT has been listed on the reference list or qualified suppliers list of the OEMs and contractors. (25%)- Understand the construction procedure for tunnel projects, has the tunneling instinct and sensitive to the technical issues happened during the excavation, be capable to solve the easy problems. (10%)- Roughly understand for the construction regulations in foreign countries, know about the benefits the contractors could achieve by using CONDAT products. (10%)Understood regional environmental policy evolution (5% of working time)- Develop a sensibility for current new environmental restriction for tunnel product and coordinate with local environment institute, especially for discussion with the project owners and expert organizations in China. (50%)- Understand about the meaning of the technical data for CONDAT products in terms of toxicity and biodegradability relevant aspects, know how to introduce to the local customers. (50%)Report to management (background work):- Daily report is necessary for traveling period.An inclusive and respectful workplace|Newly opened company in China, 100% owned by Condat Group- Experience in the tunnel industry:- From following backgrounds: Construction on jobsite (TBM manager, operator, mechanics, purchasers etc…); General TBM design department, or TBM fluid design department; Lubricant related to tunnel industry experience- Excellent salesmanship- Has good knowledge of market trends and developments; good business acumen- Good organizational skills and autonomous- Self-starter with intrapreneurial mindset; intellectually agile- Results and goals orientedMainly Chinese market will part of the Tunnel Boring Machine plants (refer as TBM OEM or just OEM). About 10% travel abroad can be requested to follow Chinese OEM at export.Develop, new business opportunities for the local OEMs/contractors with OEM labels which belongs 100% to CONDAT Group; Get connected with the local project owners, not mainly for sales but get the first hand info about the local market.Maintain, part of the local OEMs by promoting the whole ranges of products of CONDAT continuously. Keep CONDAT reputation in Chinese market better and better.Expand the business scale of local clients by using professional skills and the good brand image of CONDAT.
