Come join us.The opportunity:The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, supporting the accounting department by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position is expected to actively and frequently engage with other senior leaders in the accounting, finance, tax, and operations teams in multiple geographies.You will:

Prepare Journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting for Flexport legal entities;
Make sure the proper reconciliation of accounts, resolve and close aging items on time
Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.

Responsible for producing, reviewing, analyzing and issuing periodic reporting on general subject matter
Support regional and global reporting requirements such as monthly Balance Sheet & P&L Flux analysis

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous efficiency enhancement
Internal audit/external audit coordinating and supporting
Manage regular tax returns, tax coordination and supporting
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and guidelines
Participate in or lead ad hoc projects and assignments

You should have:

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or another related field.
5+ years' GL accounting experience in MNC or Big 4 firms
Experience working with IFRS or US GAAP is preferred. ACCA, CPA, or equal certification is a plus.
Excellent in business English, both verbal and written
Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.) and Oracle.

Strong analytical skills, proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, diplomatic, flexible and "can-do" mind-set
Great patience & independence in being result-oriented by analyzing & following up.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including a continuous improvement mindset.
