Manage customs operation, import/export, on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfactionResponsibilities
- Coordinating procedures across functions for the import and export management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.
- Monitoring special programs of import/export accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business.

- Arranges transit licenses and temporary importation when needed.

- Import and export customs declaration of equipment & free charge goods to ensure goods delivery on time including applying necessary licenses to support import declaration purpose with Customs compliance

- Tracking transportation lead time, ensure the meet production and customer delivery requirement.
- Locates and interprets carrier costs, rates and time requirements.
- Identifies the various modes(Air, ocean & parcel) of transportation and their application.
