By rethinking, rewiring, and improving, we combine the world’s best minds and technologies to elevate performance to a whole new level.Your Role and Responsibilities·Manages operational supplier quality, including validating the supplier's quality systems and processes cDrives approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.Leads in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.Uses supplier quality management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring and disposition of quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics. Drive continuous improvement of supplier performance and capability.Qualifications for the Role· Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical field etc.· at least 5 years of experience in quality function, prefer at supplier quality management· Knowledge in quality management, analysis/ improving tools· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvementInclude required languages, licenses, or visa info where applicable.What’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
