- Serve as a primary homeroom teacher, delivering an engaging, well-rounded, and nurturing learning experience for young learners across core subjects
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the PYP framework, integrating transdisciplinary units of inquiry and meaningful learning experiences
- Prepare teaching materials, assess student learning, maintain accurate records, and write reports and narrative comments
- Support students' development as independent, reflective, and internationally minded learners in line with the IB Learner Profile
- Monitor and assess student progress on a regular basis, using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to support individual growth
- Provide clear, constructive, and ongoing feedback to students and maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan units, contribute to curriculum development, and support the continued growth of the PYP programme
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing, curiosity, and a love of learning
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years' full time teaching experience
- Hold a teaching certificate
- Passionate and Energetic in teaching
- Excellent English communication skills
- Monthly Salary of 27,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
