Senior Marine Surveyor

• An experienced full time marine surveyor is required to join a busy three-person team in China mainly performing insurance casualty and loss prevention inspections.
• Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration.
• Ad Hoc duties: Your key accountabilities will include such other duties and tasks as allocated, at the discretion of management, and that are within your capabilities and the scope of your role.

• The successful applicant will have a Master Mariner of Chief Engineers COC 1,
• Superintendent, Class surveyor, Shipyard experienced will be an advantage,
• Experienced in H&M, P&I, MWS, Shipyard inspections and prepurchase inspections,
• Preference for fluent Chinese speaking and able to travel widely within China and surrounding countries,
• Able to write detailed reports in good standard English and Chinese,
• Will be required to travel overseas or be stationed at other APAC offices occasionally.
