Hiring a BD Manager to grow enterprise customers for a global ICT and network services provider in China. Ideal for BD/Sales talent with around 5 years of telecom or ICT experience seeking regional exposure and long-term growth.As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the enterprise customer base, deepening strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for the China business. This role combines solution-based selling, stakeholder collaboration, and full‑cycle account management across telecommunications and ICT services.What You Will Do
  • Develop new enterprise opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Grow and retain an existing customer portfolio by identifying cross‑sell and upsell potentials across global connectivity, cloud, MS, and ICT solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and work with regional teams to design and deliver integrated ICT solutions.
  • Coordinate post‑sales processes with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitive activity to shape product and solution positioning.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts through proactive engagement and thoughtful account planning.
Access to major internet clients and high‑growth IoT/connectivity projects.Regional exposure with strong internal support.
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, ideally in telecom, ICT services, managed network services, or security service providers.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity (voice/data/WAN), cloud, security, unified communications, and managed ICT services.
  • A self-driven and resourceful professional who enjoys hunting for new business while nurturing strategic customer relationships.
  • Fluent English & confident communicator across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate cross-border teams and collaborate effectively with regional and global colleagues.
