- Develop new enterprise opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Grow and retain an existing customer portfolio by identifying cross‑sell and upsell potentials across global connectivity, cloud, MS, and ICT solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and work with regional teams to design and deliver integrated ICT solutions.
- Coordinate post‑sales processes with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitive activity to shape product and solution positioning.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts through proactive engagement and thoughtful account planning.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, ideally in telecom, ICT services, managed network services, or security service providers.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity (voice/data/WAN), cloud, security, unified communications, and managed ICT services.
- A self-driven and resourceful professional who enjoys hunting for new business while nurturing strategic customer relationships.
- Fluent English & confident communicator across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate cross-border teams and collaborate effectively with regional and global colleagues.
