Leadership & Strategy
  • Act as a core member of the China executive team, contributing to business strategy, capital allocation and long-term value creation.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance organisation with clear succession planning.
Project & Construction Finance
  • Oversee financial and commercial management during construction, including PCOD delivery, funding optimisation, cost control and lender coordination.
  • Lead financial input into EPC and offtaker settlements, claims, force majeure and change-in-law matters.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Control
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting across all projects.
  • Ensure robust internal controls, ERP utilisation, statutory reporting and covenant compliance.
Treasury, Funding & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead relationships with banks, lenders and capital market participants; manage working capital, DSRA and refinancing activities.
  • Serve as the key financial interface with shareholders, boards, regulators, offtakers and government-related entities.
Business Expansion & Asset Optimisation
  • Support project extensions, expansions, refinancing and divestment initiatives.
  • Partner closely with investment, legal and risk teams on transaction execution and value enhancement.
Tax, Legal & Compliance
  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, insurance and risk management activities.
  • Act as the financial focal point for legal matters, disputes and arbitration in collaboration with external advisors.
Finance leadership role within the China platformEnd-to-end lifecycle ownershipPreferred candidates background:
  • 15-20 years finance working experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position
  • International accounting firm experience is highly preferred
  • CPA or equivalent qualifications; Bachelor's above degree in finance or related subjects
  • Experience in asset-heavy, project-financed businesses with long lifecycle projects
  • Background from multinational asset owners, developers or operators, particularly those with JV structures;
  • Proven track record across end‑to‑end finance leadership;
  • Strong commercial mindset, Comfortable operating as a business partner to the CEO
  • High resilience and ability to operate under complex, high‑pressure environments.
