We are looking for talent like you with:
- Client Service & Execution: Work closely with the onshore execution team to deliver high-quality trade execution services to a diverse client base (QFIIs, Hedge Funds, etc.). Coverage experience on Quant Funds, ETF market makers and onshore mutual funds is a plus.
- New Business & Product Evolution: Contribute to new business development and product management by identifying market opportunities and proposing electronic solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth big data analysis to support market content generation, execution flow monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Drive coordination efforts with IT, Operations, and Control functions to design system solutions and resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Solid background in the China onshore equity secondary market with a deep understanding of sell-side front-office business.
- Technology & System Expertise: You must possess the technical acumen to help maintain, troubleshoot, and drive the innovation of our trading platforms. Solid understanding of low-latency trading system architectures and electronic execution infrastructure is a plus.
- Solution-Driven Mindset: A proactive problem solver who can identify root causes of issues and design practical, scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams. You must be fluent in both "trading language" and "technical language" to effectively communicate with IT, Operations, and Risk/Control functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, R, KDB) to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of China onshore market rules, regulations, and market structure. You possess the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to daily operations. Experience in handling regulatory interactions on Abnormal Trading and Program Trading rules is a plus.
