Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):This position provides strategic oversight and directions in ECOM business in the CN region, and responsible for identifying seasonal buys for All category based on the understanding of brand direction, category strategy, consumer preference and market trends, for all CN ECOM platformsKey Result Areas:The ECOM Buyer is responsible for:
Identifying market-specific seasonal opportunities and priorities based on consumer and industry trends through QBT or Digital insights
Build category and Key product Type Buy plans, identify top seasonal initiatives and Big Bet styles
Create assortment plan for BLACKBOX & KIDS link with consumer profile and product strategy
Identify any business missing opportunities in Ecom (from market/ consumer/ competitor)
Grow Youth business through selection of global line and request in AP Creation/ SMU to support the aggressive youth growth plan
Plan big bet style & provide key push guidance to Cross-functional team during EC key moment
Participating actively in the Go-To-Market process
Achieve Sell-Thru Target of BLACKBOX & KIDS by actively involved in daily EC business, tracking in Weekly/ Monthly/ STD ST% performance to identify opportunities, give suggestions and take actions
The position of ECOM Buyer will partner with the Planning, EC operation, Product, Marketing Team by:
Planning the product structures, big bet styles to deliver EC key event target
Daily and weekly working with sales to share store level analysis (product mix%, territory, category opportunity) and in-depth analysis of reason behind, reflect the learnings into next season buy plan
Tracking the performance, best sellers, and slow movers, to give guidance on promotions discount and inventory move across channels
Product Feedback on what’s working and what’s not working to influence future product offers
The Ecom Buyer will also:
Conducting online competitive analysis to maintain expert knowledge of the industry and market
Communicating with other business functions in an efficient and effective way
Providing the point of view to support marketing activities
