Business Development & Customer Management- Drive sales of hygienic barrier washers to hospitals, cleanrooms (labs/pharmaceutical facilities), nursing home laundry, through direct sales and distributor channels.- Analyze market potential, make distributor network expansion strategies, and develop qualified distributors.- Conduct regular visits to customers/distributors (existing and potential) to build relationships.2. Distributor Development and Management- Development: Identify and develop new distributors, evaluate capabilities (market coverage, qualifications, commitment), and finalize agreements.- Support: Provide distributors with product training, technical guidance, sales tools, and localized marketing plans to drive sales performance.- Maintenance: Monitor distributor sales KPIs and service quality, resolve conflicts, optimize channel structures, and enhance loyalty.3. Customer Relationship Management- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, customized solutions, and pre-sales support for customers.- Track order delivery, installation, and after-sales issues to drive repeat purchases or upgrades.4. Sales Management- Make annual/quarterly sales plans, balancing direct sales and distributor channels.- Lead tender bidding processes, contract negotiations, and pricing strategy alignment with channel policies.5. Business Insight & Collaboration- Monitor healthcare laundry industry trends, regulations (e.g., hygiene certifications, infection control standards), and competitor activities.- Partner with the marketing team to organize trade shows, distributor conferences, and promotional campaigns.-Establish relationships with industry associations and expand business opportunities.Qualifications:1. Education- Bachelor's degree or above; Preference for majors in Medical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.2. Experience- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical equipment, hospital related industry.- Familiarity with procurement processes in hospitals, nursing homes, or cleanroom industries is a plus.3. Core Competencies- Experience in customer/distributors development and management.- English: Able to read and write emails, read documents, and engage in international communications.4.
