Because why not do it all?Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountability #1: Receive and Implement Customer Orders and Requirements
  • Accept customer orders, convert them into internal data and enter into the ERP system
  • Coordinate and fulfill all requirements of customer orders
  • Reply to customer orders on schedule
  • Be responsible for coordinating and handling all work requirements of internal and external customers
Accountability #2: Customer-related Information Management
  • Establish complete customer files
  • Maintain sales record ledgers
  • Complete the approval process and management of customer contracts in accordance with the company's compliance and other relevant requirements
Accountability #3: Customer Relationship Maintenance
  • Promote the company's image and products externally with the support of the company, and provide high-quality after-sales service for customers
  • Coordinate the relationship between the company's internal departments and customers to avoid any loss of the company's assets
Accountability #4: Ensure Timeliness of Services from Freight Forwarders/Logistics Suppliers
  • Coordinate the completion of customs declaration and commodity inspection work
  • Be responsible for the preparation, connection and filing of product export documents to ensure their accuracy
  • Maintain the operation and update of the China Electronic Port (information software)
  • Properly handle the relevant import procedures for product imports
  • Prepare the accrued expenses of logistics suppliers on a monthly basis and submit to the relevant departments
  • Be responsible for the management of suppliers such as freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Keep close contact with logistics suppliers to ensure their well preparation for weekly shipments
Keys to Success
  • Possess excellent organizational and planning capabilities, and be able to adapt to the ever-expanding business needs
  • Be good at communicating with customers, with strong verbal expression and contingency response abilities
  • Be capable of setting short-term and long-term goals based on business and customer needs
  • Keep abreast of the industry trends of auto parts at home and abroad, and be able to resolve various customer issues
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing or related majors
  • Proficiency in oral and written English, with excellent oral English communication skills as a must
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience
