Responsible for SEM/FIB pre-sales technical support, after-sales training and building close contact with customers and sales promotion, operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of program services in the respected regions. Team works within other functional groups in Great China.Main Tasks
1. Support sales team on FIB & FESEM demonstration and presales presentation
2. Ensures the development and implementation of the application training goals to all customers after sales in the respective regions in China market
3. Bulid and develop customer relationship in China
4. Implements best training practices, resource planning, and customer analysis
5. Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes rec-ommendations on business strategies
6. Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings
7. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements
EducationMaster Degree or above in semiconductor preferred.Experience
1. Minimal 2 years of experience in semiconductor application or in semiconductor industry preferred.
2. Lived and worked in the respected regions.
3. Solid scientific equipment, imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences
4. It is best to have worked in a domestic semiconductor factory, have a rich semiconductor industry background and solid professional knowledge.Other skills
1. Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
2. Offer strong application training and support to customers and sales team
3. Assist Customer in enhancing the success rate of sample preparation and boosting production efficiency
4. Sharing application experience and troubleshooting case in team
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications Include:Word、Excel and PowerPoint
