Provide effective operation to the 工厂 to ensure the ASU is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.确保工厂安全、有效地运行，同时符合合同要求和生产要求。2. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求。3. Compliance with EH&S procedures and regulations 100%. Support guidance and training for EH&S in order not to occur lost time injury and recordable injury. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift. 遵守环保、健康及安全程序和规程。为上述程序指导和培训提供支持以免发生误工和可记录伤害。班组内安全工作许可证的签发和管理。4. Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shut-down to avoid business interruption. 通过设备保养支持维护工厂可靠性以满足销售需求，并做好停车计划以避免业务中断。5. Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred within shift. 报告当班生产进展和状态，报告当班的未遂事件和发生的意外事件。
6. Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. 需要时与相关人员一同进行/参与故障排除根本原因分析。7. Quick response to quality and process alerting. Active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality). Active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. 对质量和过程报警信号做出快速反应；积极处理意外事故以尽量减少对质量产生影响（无任何质量缺陷）；积极主动地寻找潜在的质量问题，分析问题并找出解决方案。
8. Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project) 积极参与过程/生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。9. On shift Emergency Evacuation sponsor, Crisis coordinator within shift. 作为班组中的危机协调员和紧急疏散组织者。
10. Help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer, keeping good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation. 协助与客户建立并维持良好的关系，保持与客户之间的良好交流以确保紧密合作。
11. Optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets.合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效。12. Good cooperation and communication with other shifts to maintain a good production team work.与其他轮班人员进行良好地合作和交流，以维持高效的生产小组工作效率。13. Be responsible for implementation of production and safety procedures in shift.负责执行轮班生产和安全程序。14. Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.按照领导的要求及时、有效地完成分配的其他工作。JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Demonstrated proven interpersonal skills. 良好的人际交往技能。
2. Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. 较强的安全、健康及环保管理意识和经验。
3. Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated ASU knowledge and Technical skills, ASU operations experience. 具有工厂操作经验，具备空分知识以及技术技能。
4. With background of Chemical engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical.2+ years ASU production plant or similar plant operating experience; junior college or college degree. 具有化学工程, 化学, 机械, 仪表, 或电气背景. 2年以上空分厂或类似工厂操作经验；大专或本科学历者。
5. A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity. 具备较强的员工参与、团队建设和多样化意识。
