If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doRegular review the field quality performance and define improvement actions when there is a gapAlign the way of working with other functions such as customer care/call center, Marketing, R&D, Development Quality, Supply Quality, PMOManage the communication content and flow for regular field quality performance and key incidentsDrive the implementation of key quality tools such as 8D, 2X5XWhy, FMEA and risk assessmentYour qualificationsBachelor Degree or higherExperience: engineering, quality or customer service;Good understanding of light sources & electronics circuit and its applicationGood technical analyzing problem solving skillsGood in English communication, both verbal and in writingOur candidate profile is just a guide.
