The ideal candidates will drive innovation in material properties, process optimization, and theoretical simulations to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.Key Responsibilities * Track global trends and cutting-edge dynamics in materials science; conduct forward-looking technical assessments to guide future R&D directions.

Lead deep-dive studies into new materials, innovative processes, and underlying mechanisms to establish proprietary technical barriers for the enterprise.
Manage the entire lifecycle of R&D projects, including new product development, process validation, pilot testing, and successful industrialization.
Support performance optimization, quality control, and the establishment of technical standards to enhance product excellence and operational consistency.

Qualifications

Education: Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
Preferred Majors: Materials: Powder Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Metallic Materials, Materials Engineering/Processing, Materials Physics/Chemistry, Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, etc. Chemistry: Applied Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymers, etc. Physics: Condensed Matter Physics, General Physics, Materials Calculation and Simulation, etc.
Preferred Research Areas:
Powder metallurgy and cemented carbides.
Materials calculation and simulation based on First Principles.
Advanced forming technologies for powders and ceramic materials.
Modification of material properties via rare earth doping or rare earth oxides.
Strengthening and toughening mechanisms for powder materials, ceramics (brittle materials), and metallic materials.
Metal processing, advanced coatings, cemented carbide tools, or superhard cutting tools.
